A grout piping bag is a great way to apply grout in many instances. Piping grout gives you greater control, so it's less messy to begin with, but also can waste much less grout in the process of applying the grout. Make sure not to fill the bag too full, an overfull grout bag will make it cumbersome and unwieldy to use. It's also good practice to tap the bottom of the grout bucket (unless your using premixed) to release any air bubbles and pockets before filling your grout bag.

Specs: Vinyl bag  is 23 1/2" tall.  The plastic tip makes it easy to cut for better flow.
