Be aware that you must etch your grout prior to staining/sealing with this product. My tile was never sealed. Regardless, I cleaned and etched before starting this incredibly tedious process. I followed directions after pouring some stain in a small glass dish, and used a small craft paintbrush to apply. After a few tiles, I found it easier to immediately and carefully wipe overstain with a clean, dry cloth, then follow with a damp cloth along the grout. After drying for 20 minutes or so, I wiped the entire area I’d just stained with a damp towel, then buffed with a dry towel. I had a huge area to stain and it took several days of back numbing work.. One bottle goes a long way, the color is accurate to TEC grout colors, it absorbed quickly and dried to a rubbery (but not glossy), waterproof finish. This perfectionist is very pleased with the final results, although this old body will never do it again. You’ll deserve the manicure you’ll need when you finish!

Product is an exact match to TEC brand warm taupe. Not knowing what to expect, we ordered the large bottle. Please note, a little goes a long way. We applied using a tooth brush. This application worked really well.
